What we collect
We only hold the information you send us directly. The contact form asks for your name, your email address, and the subject of your enquiry; the message itself is optional. If you reach us by WhatsApp or email instead, we hold whatever you choose to write. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on this site. Your IP address is checked briefly to limit repeated submissions of the form, and is not stored. The one cookie we store is described below.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to carry out any project we agree on together. We never sell your data, and we never share it for advertising. An enquiry sent from the contact form passes through Resend, the provider that delivers it to our inbox. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare, and its fonts are served by Google Fonts, so both see your IP address when a page loads. Beyond these, your details go to no one.
How long we keep it
The site stores nothing itself: an enquiry exists only as the email it becomes. We keep that correspondence for as long as it takes to serve you and to meet our bookkeeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Cookies
We store one cookie, named tapak_lang, and nothing else. It records the language you chose yourself — either from the switcher in the header, or from the language offer that appears at the bottom of the page — so that the site's main address opens in that language on your next visit, and so the offer is not shown to you again. Declining or closing that offer is recorded as choosing the language you are already reading. Its contents are only a language code, en or id. It does not identify you, does not track you across sites, is not used for advertising or analytics, and lasts a year. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch and we will see to it.
